Job Description:

Recruitment manager / Account Manager exclusively focus on managing a team of at-least 8-10 recruiters and managing compete Implementing partners like HCL, Capgemini, Igate, Infosys, Wipro kind of customers along with some important Direct client

Required Skills:

  • At-least 6+ years of experience in US Staffing Experience
  • Have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction and Team Handling.
  • Should  prior experience in handling Clients like HCL, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Igate etc.,
  • Must have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.
  • Must be experience in managing team of recruiters
  • Should have Good Experience in IT & Non-IT Industry.
  • Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
  • Plan & execute the client deliverables.
  • Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
  • Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
  • Responsible for managing the team of IT Recruiters
  • Build a world class delivery excellence center for superb execution.
  • Responsible for total teams’ sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.
  • Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
  • Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
  • Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.
  • Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
  • Keep the team motivated for superior results.
  • Experience in handling multiple clients escalations/issues
  • Experience in Team Handling and Reporting.
  • Must have Hands on experience in Market research to generate new leads.
  • Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
